Ecorend K11 - Key Coat Primer Ultra High Polymer - 25kg

Ecorend K11 Key Coat Primer is a cement based primer, specifically designed for use on difficult substrates to provide a key prior to the application of a cement basecoat or through coloured render such as MR1. Requiring just one coat, the primer can be applied by trowel or by brush.

Approx. 1.7kg per mm / per m2

Application

Method (1) - Apply K11 Key Coat Primer using a stainless steel trowel at approx. 2-3mm thick then run a brush horizontally across the surface to create a textured key.

Method (2) - Apply K11 Key Coat Primer as a slurry using a soft brush at approx. 2-3 mm thick.
