Parex Parlumiere Clair - 25kg

Parex Parlumiere Clair is a hydraulic, lime-based, lightweight, natural white mortar, which is used as a base coat or key coat render, but not as a weatherproofing coat.  Parlumiere Clair is also used for re-pointing joints in stonework, bricks and facing stones.

Suitable Substrate

Suitable for the following:

• Pisé, rammed earth, adobe, cob, witchet, clinker.
• Old masonry constructed with weak mortar.
• Masonry with plaster or lime mortar pre-treated with GOBETIS SPECIAL A*
• Masonry coated with traditional mortar conforming to BS EN 459-1 or BS EN 13914-1.
• One-coat weather-resistant mortar, including PAREX grey weather resistant base-coats.
• New masonry construction e.g. Concrete or aircrete blockwork.

Finish Coats

Parex Parlumiere Clair should not be left as a weatherproofing coat.  Please finish with

• Paraxel
  
• Parlumiere Fin
• Parlumiere Moyen
• Breathable paint - suitable for hydraulic lime system.

• 5 kg/m2 1.6 – 1.7 m2 @ 10 mm per 25kg bag.
